Himam Pasanth Mango: The King Among Mangoes

Introducing the Himam Pasanth mango, a rare and exceptional table variety, often referred to as the "king among mangoes." Grafted and developed by us on the banks of the Cauvery River in Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli District, Tamil Nadu.

This mango is known for its unique flavor, aroma, and short season. Available only between March until June each year, it undergoes a transformation from a light green color when raw to a beautiful straw yellow in just 4 to 5 days, under normal storage conditions.

The Himam Pasanth mango is soft to the touch, with a feather-like texture that makes it a true delight to handle and savor. It can be served ripe without any combination, offering pure, natural sweetness. Avoid letting it become overripe, as the skin will begin to shrink and turn deep brown.

To ripen the mangoes properly, store them in a box with a thin layer of straw beneath and above them, ensuring they ripen evenly and maintain their delicate flavor. Enjoy this rare and succulent delicacy today!
